I hate to sound negative but the current uprising is like buying a car alarm the morning after your car was stolen.

Now that one can look back on it, "the good life" is the greatest danger to freedom. People are so afraid of losing their iphone and condo that they will allow every right to be taken from them. If you want to know how many people will rise up to save the country, just think back to high school. How man people didn't follow the herd? How many tried to be their own person.......not many

One thing that I find rather interesting is that one step was really left out. Gun control is almost always used for a government to gain control. The british did it during the revolution, Germany did it during WWII and NOW it seem as though the democrats are the ones to be doing it, NOT the republicans or Bush admin.

Wonderful entertainment!

The fact that this strain of thought is so widely circulated, and so vocally proclaimed is strong evidence that its basic premise is misguided.

I don't see her ideas being discussed in the media or as a household awareness therefore I think your basic premise is misguided.

Nothing is going on in the US. This is the most superficial thing in the world... if you want to see these real things going on check out the European Union and it's growth.

"Experience hath shown that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government"
-- Declaration of Independence

It's time we exercised our Right and performed our Duty!
